Shipping Information

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Tracking included

2. Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking included

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every home furnishing item you purchase from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bed Pillows
  • Comforters & Duvet Inserts
  • Bath Towels (if packaging has been opened)
  • Candles & Home Fragrances (if used or opened)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and return details.
  2. Get Approval: We’ll review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided with your RMA approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • For PayPal payments: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account.
  • For credit card payments: Refunds will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles depending on your bank.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be shipped once we receive your return item. Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original shipment was free.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
