Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- Item must include all tags and labels
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Bed Pillows
- Comforters & Duvet Inserts
- Bath Towels (if packaging has been opened)
- Candles & Home Fragrances (if used or opened)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return to the address provided with your RMA approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- For PayPal payments: refunds will be issued to your PayPal account
- For credit card payments: refunds will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles depending on your bank
Exchanges will be shipped once we receive your return item. Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original shipment was free.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
